Upon provision of your product specification (Technical Data / Sample), our experienced team will source suitable supply lines and submit pricing options for your consideration. On your authorisation, pre-production samples will be arranged and sent to you for official approval.
Exonian will negotiate minimum order quantities, any tooling fees, delivery schedules and trading terms against your specified requirements to help minimise the overall supply cost and to ensure no hidden costs are incurred.

Packaging Design & Brand Development 
Our design team can take your logo, slogan or company profile and bring it all together to develop a new brand or image for your products. As you are purchasing from source, we are able to provide you, where possible, with full colour packaging for products purchased through Exonian.

An important part of the Quality Control process is a 'Factory Audit', with most genuine factories eager to demonstrate their skills and capabilities in order to meet their customers export requirements.
Exonian can provide a tailored factory audit & report service so that the following information can be provided before committal of order:
- Number of employees
- Number of labour workers in different areas, e.g. preparation, production and packing.
- Number of skilled workers, R & D Staff
- Factory Structure
- Identification of the factory owner.
- Factories capability is sufficient to manufacture the volume of products required.
- Social accountability standards assessment such as child labour, working hours, etc.
- Factory turnover & output
- Factory controls, procedures & certification

Exonian place a huge importance on quality control. All products purchased through Exonian include our Quality Control services unless otherwise advised. Our professional methods ensure our customers return again and again.
Inspection typically takes place at the manufacturer's premises before loading to ensure that products comply with our quality expectations and also that any required standards or local regulations are met and are supported by the legal certification.

Exonian can pre-book space and obtain the most competitive rates for sea freight for their customers consignments if required.
Should our clients require a door-to-door service then all shipping rates, road transport, duty and customs clearance charges are built into the final purchase price. Back To Top
Exonian can also help to obtain competitive and discounted airfreight rates or door-to-door express courier rates for those clients looking for a fast service to or from the Far East.
