Part of our service, as well as supplying quality products, is to offer our buyers the opportunity to have their own packaging and to use their own branding to make their products unique to their business.

Exonian can design your artwork for you or can follow artwork guidelines supplied by the buyer. Whether it is name plaques, logo badges, hang tags, labels, simple shipping marks or a full colour box, our team will offer ideas and will help to ensure that your chosen level of packaging and branding is supplied to the highest quality standard and meets with your requirements.

We are able to supply product & carton outlines or dimensions for companies that want to design their own packaging or branding. We are flexible as long as the buyer is happy with the end result. All artwork is approved by the buyer prior to mass-production.

We are also aware that packaging is fast becoming an eco-issue and where possible, we will encourage ideas to reduce packaging, whilst maintaining the focus of our buyers requirements for their desired products.

Brown Carton With Colour Label This is our standard packaging for boxed items. Normally 5-Ply cardboard with black printed shipping marks. A full colour sticky label can be designed & supplied and stuck on the box at no extra charge. Shipping marks can include any product information including mono-logos, descriptions, codes, weights and dimensions. 5-Ply can be increased or doubled depending on the product.
White Carton With Mono Line Drawing Usually 5-Ply box with white outer coating. All shipping marks, product information and logos are printed in mono directly onto the carton. A line drawing of the contents is put on the front of the carton, but is not essential. White cartons cost extra, but look neater than brown cartons. We can also supply white cartons with a colour label should this be required.
One Side Colour Carton This is a cheaper alternative to a full colour box. The largest face or front of the carton is produced in full colour while the rest of the carton is brown or white carton with mono printing. Normall 5-Ply cardboard, this type of packaging is ideal for large items that are stored on shelves or are palletised in the stores.
Full Colour Carton The ultimate packaging that makes products stand out on the shop floor and which makes your product unique to your competition. Upholds your company image and gives your product an overal, better quality finish. Normally 5-Ply card, this type of packaging can be expensive depending on your order. Sometimes there maybe a minimum order quantity for this type of packaging, but we can advise upon your enquiry. We would highly recommend choosing this option if it fits your budget.
Labelling & Hang Tags Sometimes, products just require a simple hangtag which is enough to present the product. Exonian can give ideas on types of hangtag and the information that the hangtag holds. This can be barcode, price, product code & description and your company information. Usually hangtags can be designed and supplied with products at no extra cost. We can also use simple stickers, labels with logos or product information where they are required if a hangtag is not suitable. we will always offer a solution.
Logo Plaques, Prints & Badges A nice way for on-going promotion of your products is by putting name plaques or badges on your products. The badge may include your logo, company name, website or range name. Plaques or badges can vary in material depending on your product and are usually supplied free. We can advise upon your enquiry and will always suggest this option. Badges & plaques look good on any product and can, again, give your product that extra feel of quality and class.
